Jewish Family Services-(RAFT) (Vista)

I applied for the Jewish Family Service Recovery Action Fund for Tomorrow program, (RAFT) but haven't heard from them since I applied. I email them with my personal information, in May, to be considered for this lottery type program and if picked I would receive $4000. In June I did receive a email saying that I was chosen but needed to be further verified. This was broadcasted in our local news and I have contacted them but only get a recording. Has anyone else applied and gotten further than me.
